About Possibly Music
"From Orchestral to Rock, Electronic to Minimalist .
I am a composer, making music for games, films, short films, animations and anything else that's needed.
I started off as a bassist & guitarist, playing original music in bands and was always composing tracks for these bands.
From spending time recording material in studios, I fell in love with the entire process, not just writing and playing, but the engineering, mixing and mastering side too. Like so many, I was always inspired by John Williams’ work along with Danny Elfman as a personal favourite of mine.
My first experiments in recording were using a 4 track recorder, both cassette and digital. From there I moved onto Propellerheads Reason and then Ableton Live, though I am familiar with a number of different DAWs.
Some of my favourite aspects of making music are its ability to wordlessly express an emotion or feeling, or to inspire that feeling in others, and its capacity to elevate and accentuate art.
My main sample libraries are from East West, 8Dio and Native Instruments.
I like to balance them with ‘real’ instruments, so I will layer in my own guitar/bass/mandolin/violin or the striking of a random percussive object I can find to work alongside my sample libraries.
I have tracks available for licencing as well as capacity to compose bespoke pieces for film, animation or whatever is needed to fit your requirements. I have experience working as a composer for games, for library music, short films and more.
Please get in touch via the form below or email if you would like to licence a track or discuss a bespoke track for your project. I am based in Cardiff, Wales but work with a National and International client base"
